These Action Lab Terms & Conditions ("Action Lab Terms") govern your purchase and participation in any Action Lab offered by Page & Gold Media LLC ("Company").
By completing your purchase, you agree to these Action Lab Terms and the Company's Master Terms of Use.
If you do not agree, do not purchase or participate.
Program Description
An Action Lab is a paid, structured execution experience designed to support implementation of a defined business outcome within a specified timeframe.
Each Action Lab includes:
- Live sessions (virtual)
- Recorded replay access
- Supporting materials (if applicable)
The scope of each Action Lab is limited to what is explicitly described on the sales page.
Payment Terms
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. No payment plans are offered unless explicitly stated.
Your purchase secures access to the Action Lab experience and associated materials.
No Refund Policy
Due to the immediate delivery of digital access and program materials, no refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued under any circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing the program description prior to purchase.
Access & Availability
Purchase of an Action Lab provides unlimited access to replay materials for as long as the program and hosting platform remain available. Unlimited access does not constitute lifetime access or a permanent hosting guarantee.
The Company reserves the right to:
- Update materials
- Modify content
- Migrate platforms
- Retire programs
- Discontinue hosting
These changes may occur without liability.
Live Session Policy
Live sessions are scheduled at predetermined dates and times. Replays are provided for those unable to attend live.
Failure to attend a live session does not entitle you to a refund or rescheduling.
Recording Policy
The Company may record live Action Lab sessions. Participants may not record sessions, in whole or in part, without express written consent.
Unauthorized recording may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, session content, and recordings are the exclusive property of Page & Gold Media LLC. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license for individual use only.
You may not:
- Share recordings
- Share login credentials
- Distribute materials
- Repurpose content
- Use materials for competing services
- Train AI systems using materials
Violation may result in termination of access and legal action.
Conduct
Participants agree to maintain professional conduct during live sessions. The Company reserves the right to remove participants who:
- Disrupt sessions
- Harass others
- Violate intellectual property
- Engage in inappropriate behavior
Removal does not entitle the participant to a refund.
No Guarantees
Action Labs are educational and implementation-focused. The Company makes no guarantees regarding:
- Revenue
- Results
- Performance
- Business outcomes
You are solely responsible for implementation and results.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
The Company's total liability related to an Action Lab shall not exceed the amount paid for that Action Lab. The Company is not liable for indirect, consequential, or reliance-based losses.
Chargebacks
You agree to contact the Company directly to resolve any billing issues prior to initiating a chargeback or dispute.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate termination of access
- Recovery of associated fees
- Collection costs
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from purchase or participation in an Action Lab shall be governed by the mediation and binding arbitration provisions outlined in the Company's Master Terms of Use.
Governing Law
These Action Lab Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Acceptance
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
